Media Conversion: Digitize Your Memories
Preserve the memories stored on your slides, 8mm & Super-8 films, and VHS tapes by using CCLD Makerspace’s media converters to create digital copies. This class offers instruction on the converter(s) of your choice, so that you are able to use them independently. A valid library card is required in order to use the converters.
Certification: 3D Printer
Become certified in the use of the 3D printers. Completion of the certification process will allow you to use the 3D printers independently.
Certification: Digital Media Lab
Become certified in the use of the Digital Media Lab at Steele Memorial Library. Completion of the certification process will allow you to use the lab and check out audio and/or video equipment independently.
Certification: Laser Cutter/Engraver
Learn to use CCLD Makerspace’s Epilog laser cutter and engraver. Certification will cover use of CorelDraw for preparing designs, as well as, how to operate the laser.
Certification courses are for anyone 14 and up (anyone under 14 will require supervision to use equipment).
