Chemung County Library District believes that all patrons should be able to access information and library materials. We provide several types of accessible materials and ensure that we meet ADA requirements for building and digital accessibility.

Books on Wheels
Individuals who receive Meals on Wheels can apply to receive library books as part of their deliveries! Must have or apply for a Chemung County Library card to be eligible. Standard borrowing rules apply. Download the Books on Wheels Registration form.
Building Accessibility

- Magnifying machine for materials on second floor of Steele Library
