Don’t throw away your old book, instead proudly put in on display! Join us at the Horseheads Free Library January 8, 2025 and turn that old forgotten book into a picture frame. Proudly display family pictures, selfies, pictures of the family pet when they were making that cute face everybody loves, the picture displaying possibilities are endless and all on a work of art you created!
